In each of my business relationships, I assume that mutual respect and trust be important components in my relationship with another individual. If one or both traits do not occur, then a relationship shouldnt proceed any more.

Therefore, what do you cant put your finger on it, but you do when you have an unpleasant or weird feeling about working for someone? In case you continue the business relationship or move on?
